Modular Building
One of our methods of construction is modular building. Here, the majority of the structure is prefabricated off-site, and then delivered to your location. Our modular process allows for a complete build in as little as two to three months. Utilizing our fabrication experts and their state of the art facilities, your home will be 70% completed before it's loaded onto the trucks and delivered to your site. Though construction costs are similar between on-site and modular builds, this process provides a slightly more hands-off and less invasive construct as we will only be onsite for 30% of the time required for on-site construction.

Site Built
Unlike modular builds, nearly 100% of the construction takes place on-site. You will witness the entirety of the build from foundation to finishing touches right on site. Though the quality, timeframe, and costs remain the same whether you choose onsite or module, having both options only provides our clients with the freedom to structure the build on your terms. So whether you want to see your dream home built from start to finish, or if you’d prefer an out of site, out of mind approach, we are here to accommodate your every need.
Basements
In addition to new builds, EEH is able to offer our services on a small scale and integrate sustainable technology into pre-existing basements, whether finished or not. By incorporating the same technology and processes we use for complete builds, we are able to turn your basement into an energy efficient space for whatever your needs may be. If you are simply looking to insulate and decrease your home’s overall energy consumption, or want to increase usable square footage and build out a fully functioning basement, EEH is ready to take on the task, resulting in a highly efficient space you’d have never thought could be remodeled from your existing basement.
Barns
Barn builds are one of our ares of expertise. With the Seacost’s rich history and a huge concentration of remaining barn structures dating as far back as the colonial times, EEH is extremely proud in their ability to retrofit these historical structures to comply with modern efficiency requirements, all while maintaining their original structural integrity and beauty. In addition to restoring and revamping preexisting barns, we also provide modular barn construction. Our old school craftsmanship melded with the latest sustainable technology produces a barn as beautiful as it is efficient and functional.
