Meet Jeff St. Pierre
Jeff is a Home Performance Energy Evaluator, BPI Energy Auditor and building Analyst through the Maine Home Performance with Energy Star program. Jeff is also a certified as a Maine State Energy Auditor and Weatherization Technician. Jeff is the owner of STP Home Performance Solutions providing unbiased energy evaluations, energy audits with Report, efficiency consulting and contracting services to homeowners, building owners, builders, architects and others. Other services include energy modeling and design of new and existing building retrofits and renovations utilizing the latest building science and diagnostic tools available.
Prior to Energy Efficient Homes, Jeff was a home building contractor and regional sales manager in the residential and commercial building and systems built industry. Jeff has over 30 years of combined experience in the construction and remodeling industry, engineering and design, custom home building, modular and systems built construction, and renovations and home performance.
Jeff is a native to Maine and began his career working for St. Pierre Construction in the Augusta, Maine area building and remodeling in the residential and commercial sector and remodeling and restoring older homes. Some of these homes included historical restorations and renovations from the late 1700’s, passive home and solar design as well as many other custom projects and renovations.
